Body of a man found in Kallang River
The body of a man in his 60s was found in the Kallang River Sunday morning.
The police said they received a call at around 10.40 am, and upon arrival, they found a man who was “motionless” at the river.
Paramedics pronounced the man dead at the scene.
The Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) said that the body, which was found floating about a metre from the shoreline, was “manually retrieved” from the water.
The police said they are investigating the “unnatural death”.
