Germany and Bayern Munich captain Philipp Lahm has said he can imagine finishing his career at the Bavarian giants and has given no thought to leaving.

"You have everything you need here at Bayern, I have already twice signed here and have a contract until 2016," the 29-year-old told German television Sport 1 having joined Bayern back in 1995.

"I am very, very happy here and you can rule out any thoughts of me leaving."

Ex-Barcelona boss Pep Guardiola will take charge as Bayern coach in July, having signed a deal until 2016, to replace current boss Jupp Heynckes and Lahm said he is looking forward to working with the Catalan.

Despite the media frenzy since the announcement was made last Wednesday, Lahm insisted it was business as usual at Bayern Munich.

"The coach (Heynckes) is just as fired up as he was before," said Lahm.

"That's great and you don't notice a difference at all."
