The first teaser trailer for Monsters University features the voices of Billy Crystal as Mike Wazowski and John Goodman (The Artist) and Sullivan back in their college days.
The sneak peek opens on a closet -- where all kids know monsters hide -- and shows big blue furry Sully, who plays a prank on little one-eyed Mike in bed. Soon the school is turned into a disco dorm room with fellow monsters creating havoc and dancing along to mirrorball Mike.
The animated adventure comedy returns to a time when the mismatched monsters learned to become pals at the University of Fear. Directed by Dan Scanlon (Cars), this is the first Disney film from the franchise since the original in 2001.
Four versions of the same trailer are posted online with different lines from Mike asleep in bed. The film also features the voices of Steve Buscemi (Boardwalk Empire) and Ken Jeung (The Hangover).
Monsters University in 3D opens in June 2013.
