Hundreds Evacuated as Fire Tears Through Hotel in Russia's Rostov-on-Don

Two people were killed in a fire at a ten-story hotel in the southeastern Russian city of Rostov-on-Don on Thursday afternoon, September 21, local media reported.

According to Ria Novosti, the fire started on the cladding and quickly spread along the facade. Some 250 people were evacuated from the hotel and 61 children from an adjacent nursery school.
