Jang Geun-suk's gift certificates gratitude

13 Jun – It was revealed that "Love Rain" actor Jang Geun-suk recently gave a USD 31,000 total worth of gift certificates to show his gratefulness to the cast and crews of KBS' "Love Rain".

According to Allkpop website, a representative from the drama revealed, "To honour the end of "Love Rain", Jang Geun-suk gave all 120 "Love Rain" staff members gift certificates worth USD 256 each."

The rep explained that the gesture was to show his appreciation for the staff members' hard work and dedication to the making of the drama.

He added, "Despite the drama's lacklustre response, Jang felt the teamwork was stronger than any other project he participated in. And after contemplating about the gifts, he decided to get them mall gift certificates."

Meanwhile, the versatile star will be publishing his own cook book, "Love Recipe" in Japan and will soon be embarking on his 2012 Asia Tour "THE CRI SHOW 2" in July.
