JJ Lin stars in Ayumi Hamasaki's new MV
18 Mar – Local singer-songwriter JJ Lin is everywhere these days. After working with Korean singer and CNBLUE vocalist Jung Yong-hwa in the latter's new song, "Checkmate", JJ was recently revealed to have been featured in J-pop diva Ayumi Hamasaki's latest music video
According to Epoch Times, the song itself was composed by JJ, who was approached by Ayumi through a mutual friend not long ago. In return for the favour, the Japanese singer also guest-appeared at JJ's concert in Taipei last month.
The song, a wedding ballad entitled "The Gift", was reported to be a gift from JJ for Ayumi and her fans. The singer also appeared in the music video, playing the piano and looking dapper in a tuxedo, while Ayumi, who shines in a bridal gown, sings on top of the piano.
In related news, Ayumi will be releasing her new album "A One" next month.
