5 Jul – After ending the contract with her former agency, Won Entertainment, it was revealed that actress Jung Ryeo-won is rumoured to be joining Bae Yong-joon's agency, Key East Entertainment.
According to Kpopfever website, entertainment insiders revealed that the former Chakra member has met with representatives of Key East Entertainment on 1 July to discuss a possible contract.
To this, a representative of Key East stated, "It is true that we met with Jung Ryeo-won to discuss an exclusive contract. After she ended her contract with her former agency amicably, we are planning to have a meeting again with her to discuss her joining Key East further."
On 27 June, the "Salaryman Cho Han-ji" actress ended her contract with Won Entertainment earlier than the scheduled October. However it was ended on good terms – making it more convenient for the star to seek another agency.
Founded by "Winter Sonata" actor Bae Yong-joon, Key East Entertainment is home to stars such as Kim Soo-hyun, Kim Hyun-joong and Kwon Ri-sae.
