Lee Joon joins "My Daughter Soo-young"

5 Aug – It was revealed that MBLAQ's Lee Joon has been confirmed as a cast regular in the upcoming KBS drama, "My Daughter So-young".

According to Allkpop, the KBS weekend drama has added the singer into the cast as the main character's younger brother.

A representative of the drama said that they offered the role to the MBLAQ member because he has proven his worth through the 2009's movie "Ninja Assassin" and has shown his unique personality on variety shows.

Despite Lee Joon's prior acting experience in a Hollywood movie and the sitcom "I Need a Fairy", this is the first time that the singer has been casted as a regular in a drama.

"My Daughter So-young" will begin its broadcast in September.
