Man caught on CCTV in shocking swinging cat attack
An unidentified man was captured on video swinging a cat around in a disturbing attack in footage released by the RSPCA.

The attack occurred outside the Camden Arms pub in Ramsgate, Kent with the RSPCA attempting to identify the man involved. The police have been informed but no arrests have been made as yet.
The attack that lasted more than 30 seconds has left the cat “distraught”, owner Michelle Buchanan said. “It’s horrific. I can’t believe anyone would do something that cruel,” she added. “Mowgli is emotional, he won’t go out the door. He used to be outside constantly”.
RSPCA Inspector Caroline Doe said: “This was a very violent, nasty attack on a cat. Anyone who witnessed this outside the pub must have been as shocked and appalled as we were”.
“We are hoping that someone will recognise this man and come forward so we can investigate this fully”.
