By Romesh Navaratnarajah:One Dusun Residences (pictured) off Balestier Road topped the list of best-selling projects in August, according to OrangeTee Research.
In a Singapore Business Review report, OrangeTee noted that 99 percent or 153 of the 154 units at the project were sold at a median price of S$1,532 psf. Aside from residential units, the freehold integrated development features a two-storey retail mall.
The agency attributed the strong take-up to several factors, including it being a rare freehold mixed-used development within the Balestier-Thomson vicinity, near to Novena MRT station and the upcoming Thomson MRT Line (TSL), and within close proximity to retail and commercial amenities.
