Like many of its neighbours, this small country in Southeast Asia has a big appetite. Everyone loves to eat and being fiercely proud of their local dishes, the Filipinos love to invite everyone else to share a meal with them. That video for the country’s recent tourism campaign hits the nail on the head: the Filipino word for hello is “Have you eaten?” And even if you answer in the affirmative, you’ll get pulled to the dining table or given a plate to try something.
