      Losing weight by just a few Kgs is not difficult. Avoid snacks altogether - ice cream, potato chips, french fries; avoid gassy drinks, take fruit juices , yogurt. Reduce intake of cheese, butter, milk, cut off from deep fried oily foods such as fried chicken, french fries, and any foods that are practically "soaked" in oil ! (see for yourself when you place them on a kitchen paper towel). Late night supper is STRICTLY a no-no. Eat moderately, eat ONLY when hungry, learn to resist the temptation of food (gluttony). Losing weight takes lots of own willpower & determination, no need to spend $$$$$ at slimming centres.

        Eh...Fruit juices contain lots of Sugar. And in case you don't know yet, it's exactly SUGAR that's the no.1 enemy in making you fat, with trans-fat coming in a close 2nd, since Sugar triggers the insulin response in your body to "store fat".

        Plus you don't eat when you're hungry only, you should eat when you do not feel too hungry as well, have more meals daily, but smaller portions, to keep the metabolism running.

        And finally, the saturated fat in butter and cheese is EXACTLY what keeps you full so that you don't go splurging on more food, and as for milk, just don't take the ones that tasts horribly sweet.

        Some advisor you are, although you're right on the willpower and determination part.

      Moderation is the key word here. One can eat most of everything but AVOID fried foods. The other secret to lose weight and a healthy life is EXERCISE (well, its not exactly a secret anymore....)

      go to gym everyday or as you can,for maximum of just 1hour & 30minuts in gym for the beginners and do with good programs from the staff and simply follow what they said,and avoid fatty foods of course take a balance diet please..

      There are really people who are gifted with good metabolism. But in general.. it's all a matter of Eating Responsively. Try to eat with modest. Am sure gaining unwelcoming fat won't be a problem.

      kun diet ang paguusapan, gayahin nyo japanese diet.....they have the longest lifespan in the world, ganon lang ka simple, ang baba ng heart disease rate, obesity rate, cancer rate at stroke rate nila, very simple......2 raw eggs a day cooked by the heat of freshly cooked rice
