Brazilian 'Batman' fights street crime

Retired Brazilian police officer Andre Luiz Pinheiro has been called in to help police patrol the crime-ridden streets of Taubate, Brazil. Pinheiro dons the guise of the legendary Batman to teach young children a distinction between good and bad.
