Following a tumultuous year, the E! News host and husband Bill Rancic are finally expecting good news: their first child via a gestational surrogate. Rancic announced the news to her network in a statement. "We are so thrilled that our prayers have been answered. We are absolutely ecstatic to be sharing this with everyone who has been following our journey."
