This year's Food Hotel Asia (FHA) swept up the entire Singapore Expo floor space (Halls 1-9) and filled it with all manner of products for the F&B industry. Speaking of bread, here's a flatbread variety from Sardinia, Italy called Pane Curasau - double-baked to achieve a super lasting (and crispy!) quality. It can be eaten drizzled with olive oil and salt, or grilled with cheese. Some even soak it in water to become lasagna sheets!
