All DBS, POSB banking services fully restored: DBS
DBS Bank said Wednesday that all POSB and DBS banking services were fully restored, after some services were intermittently disrupted for approximately 30 minutes around noon on the same day.
The banking group said on its Twitter account that the outage was caused by "a system connectivity issue" and that it took "immediate steps to rectify the situation and minimise service disruptions".
Earlier in the day, customers reported having problems using POSB and DBS ATMs in some parts of Singapore.
On Twitter, some POSB and DBS customers said they were unable to use the banking services at the ATMs in areas such as Choa Chu Kang and Eunos.

If I had any money in my bank account, I'd be very upset about the POSB ATM failures today too.

Just got cash out of a DBS ATM. It's hit and miss, they're showing out of service messages every now and then. What's going on

Netizens also reported that they were unable to make payments using DBS/POSB NETS or credit cards.
Looks like all @dbsbank transaction services are down. No NETS, can't use DBS credit cards, can't draw cash from ATM.

Separately, the Association of Banks in Singapore reminds cardholders with magnetic stripe ATM cards to update their personal particulars, especially their mailing addresses, with their banks to ensure timely replacement of their ATM cards.
The three locals banks have begun to replace their cardholders' magnetic stripe ATM cards with new plastic which contains an embedded chip to provide greater security to customers for all Singapore-based payments.
