Property investment opportunities abound in Thailand

The Thailand Property Show is back this weekend with Thailand's Ambassador to Singapore, His Excellency Marut Jitpatima gracing the event with an opening address.

The exhibition will feature some of the country's best investment and residential property options.

About ten real estate projects from different parts of Thailand, including from Phuket and Krabi, will be in the spotlight. Indicative starting price are from $59,200 for a low-rise project with 6.5 percent annual yields for three years. There are also high-rise condominiums and luxury villas available with attractive rental returns of up to 10 percent.

Attendees will get to meet Thailand property developers in person and enjoy exclusive prices and discounts which are only available at the show. New and existing investors can also get personal advice on property investment and living in Thailand.

A number of free seminar sessions by industry experts will offer opportunities to gain market knowledge from the line-up of esteemed speakers. Attendees can get a market update on Thailand in general, and learn more about investing in Bangkok and prime locations in Phuket.

The current currency appreciation presents a good time to buy Thailand property, and as property prices are rising investors can enjoy attractive capital appreciation. Earlier reports also show the country did not see any declines in property prices despite recent events. PropertyGuru's International Group Editor Andrew John Batt will share more reasons why Thailand should be included in an investor's property portfolio at the event.

The Thailand Property Show, organised by PropertyGuru and DDproperty.com, will take place on 5 and 6 July at Orchard Hotel. More details are available here.
