Rosie Huntington-Whiteley reportedly won’t be involved with Project Runway All Stars.
The British model-and-actress was thought to be hosting the new season of the famed fashion design TV show. However, it has been claimed she can no longer take part due to a conflict with her movie schedule.
According to New York Post, Rosie was excited by the prospect of hosting the programme – a job which would have seen her replace Angela Lindvall.
Just before filming Rosie reportedly discovered she had been cast in upcoming movie Max Max: Fury Road, which meant she could no longer be involved.
“She was never fully committed to [Project Runway] and there was no signed contract,” a source told the publication.
Show bosses were eager to get a new host signed up as soon as possible so began auditioning quickly. It’s understood Rachel Roy and Karolina Kurkova were among those to try out, with model-and-actress Carolyn Murphy taking Rosie’s place. She is best known for her work with Estée Lauder.
Last week, Katie Holmes filmed scenes for the series – just days after filing for divorce from Tom Cruise.
“Everyone expected Katie to cancel, but she didn’t. She’s friendly and professional but didn’t say a word about her divorce,” an insider said.
