Seoul shares open higher; LG Household rises

SEOUL, Nov 25 - Seoul shares rose on Wednesday, poised to snap a two-session losing streak, helped by gains in large cap issues such as POSCO <005490.KS>, while LG Household <051900.KS> climbed on its purchase of a lower-price cosmetics maker.

The Korea Composite Stock Price Index <.KS11> was up 0.48 percent at 1,614.10 points as of 0004 GMT.
