SEOUL, July 4 - Seoul shares closed lower on Friday, continuing their downward run for a seventh straight session with oil's gains overnight and persistent worries about inflation dampening sentiment towards equities.
The Korea Composite Stock Price Index <.KS11> closed down 1.78 percent to 1,577.94 points, about 2.6 percent away from its mid-March yearly low of 1,537.53 points.
