Samsung unveils first digital store in Singapore

Leading digital brand Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd has opened its first Samsung Experience Corner (pictured) at Challenger in Funan DigitaLife Mall, to provide customers with a new digital retail experience.

Samsung occupies 1,500 sq ft of space in the mall to showcase its diverse range of products such as PCs, tablets, notebooks, smartphones, cameras printers and monitors.

Through the tie-up with the local IT and electronics chain store, Samsung aims to provide customers with an interactive hands-on experience in using their latest products, with the assistance and expertise of its trained product specialists.

"We are excited to provide a new level of customer experience and our new retail front will enable consumers to enjoy and try our latest innovative devices in the heart of Singapore's IT shopping haven," commented Irene Ng, Vice President of Marketing at Samsung Asia Pte Ltd.

Aside from their latest products, the Samsung store will also provide services that allow content to be shared freely among its devices.

Loo Pei Fen, Group Marketing Director at Challenger Technologies Limited, said "Challenger is proud to partner Samsung in showcasing their latest products across multiple product categories at our flagship megastore. This will be the go-to place for consumers in Singapore when they think of Samsung."
