Second season "2D1N" has locked in three stars

18 Jan – It was revealed that KBS variety show "2 Days 1 Night" is currently making the headlines with fans anticipating news of its second season.

According to a report on Kpopfever website, cast members are yet to be locked in, but a strong buzz has already surrounded some names like Kim Hyun-joong and Joo Won. The latest celebrities reportedly likely to join the cast are actor Kim Seung-woo and singers Lee Juk and Sung Si-kyung.

It was also reported that Kim Seung-woo, Lee Juk and Sung Si-kyung are in discussion to join the second season of "2D1N," though broadcast officials are careful to make any definite statement at the moment.

Kim Seung-woo most recently starred in "Miss Ripley" with Lee Da-hae and Park Yoo-chun. He is also known for his role in Lee Byung-hun's last drama "IRIS," which he reprised in "Athena". He has hosted the KBS talk show "Win Win" since 2010. If he joins "1N2D," he will be the oldest cast member and is thus expected to take on a 'big-brother' role.

Lee Juk is a singer and actor who is currently in the cast of the MBC sitcom "High Kick 3". Meanwhile, R&B singer Sung Si-kyung released his latest album in 2011. He performed with Park Jung Hyun in a five-city duet concert tour last December and was also featured in one of the episode of the original "2D1N" together with singer Baek Ji-young.
