Singapore celebrity couple endorse new Iskandar project

Celebrity couple Fann Wong and Christopher Lee have been appointed ambassadors of Malaysian developer MB Group's upcoming mixed-use development in Iskandar called the Sungai Pulai Wellness Resort.

Located within the Sungai Pulai wetlands, a protected conservation area that lies just across from Tuas, the 75-acre project will comprise 1,351 apartments and landed homes in a low-density setting.

There will also be an ecological park offering many eco-tourism activities such as boardwalking, horse riding, bird watching and organic farming.

Moreover, the resort comes with a 160,000 sq ft wellness clubhouse providing an array of fitness, health and beauty services. These include a world-class concierge medical service, along with a 24-hour nurse and ambulance standby service for all residents.

The project's first phase, Canopus Residence, is scheduled for completion by 2018.

We are thrilled to have Fann and Christopher on board, said Cindi Sim, Managing Director of MB Groups subsidiary Dimensi Panorama.

They are remarkable celebrities who value family, wellness and community living - qualities that embody the Sungai Pulai Wellness Resort development. Fann and Christopher are no strangers in the local and international arena, both being prominent personalities for their talents, she added during the official opening of the group's sales office in Singapore on Thursday.

Responding, Fann said: Since giving birth to our baby boy, Zed, we have put even more thought into the environment and community that would be good for Chris and I to raise not only our young family but to take care of our parents too.

Chris and I would like every family to know about the Sungai Pulai Wellness Resort development a place where multigenerational families can live under one roof with every aspect of their needs being taken care of.
