Sneak preview! Stella McCartney’s latest ad campaign

Stella McCartney always designs clothes that women covet. Ever since her days at Chloe, the go-to fashion house for chicly-dressed women everywhere, she’s been the one to watch, season after season, constantly delivering thoroughly wearable collections. This season was no different, with her Spring/Summer 2012 collection being one of our favourites to date. It had everything we look for in summer clothing – there were skimpy dresses, cute prints, and trouser options for those who want them.

More than that, Stella’s latest collection seemed to tap in to all the key trends for spring/summer 2012. She focused on a bold, oversized paisley print, which adorned bodycon dresses and pyjama tops and bottoms, both of which are must-have items for the new season. Her dresses featured cut-outs on the shoulders and across the midriff, heralding the craze for ‘new’ erogenous zones.

Now the collection has been shot by Mert & Marcus for the Spring/Summer 2012 ad campaign, and stars one of our favourite models Natalia Vodianova. Highlighting two key looks of the season, the shots feature the ink paisley print shirt with matching trousers, and the paisley print dress with 3D embroidered edges.
