9 Jul - Raymond Lam, Tavia Yeung, Kenneth Ma, Sharon Chan and Cilla Kung attended a promotional event for their upcoming TVB drama, "Three Kingdoms RPG" at Plaza Hollywood, Diamond Hill recently.
In regards to Raymond's role in the drama, he feels glad to have a chance to portray Zhuge Liang (Ancient China's most accomplished strategist) as he loves the story of "Romance of Three Kingdoms".
Meanwhile, Kenneth Ma portrays a youth whom accidentally travels back to the old era and eventually becomes Sima Yi (a politician of the state of Cao Wei). Kenneth divulged that the 'must-watch' will feature a lot of humourous scenes alongside some historical events.
"Three Kingdoms RPG" is a time-travel drama based on the historical Three Kingdoms of ancient China. The drama starts with Kenneth Ma, an online game addict who accidentally travels back in time to the Three Kingdoms era while he plays a game.
Since TVB is not able to secure the broadcasting rights of London Olympics 2012, the company is trying hard to secure viewership with their local production dramas. "Three Kingdoms RPG" and "Ghetto Justice 2" are expected to boost TVB's ratings during the Olympics.
The 25-episode drama will air every Monday to Friday, 8:30PM, on Hong Kong TVB Jade, TVB HDJade and on Astro On Demand.
