Twitter index: "really cool" quantum levitation, Canon releases flagship EOS-1D X camera

Twitterers are talking about the Canon EOS-1D X Professional DSLR camera

Twitter users are amazed by a YouTube video which purportedly shows Tel-Aviv University giving a demonstration of “quantum superconductors locked in a magnetic field.”

“My jaw was literally dropped watching this. No, I really mean ‘literally,’” “Quantum Levitation. If somebody had shown me this in grade school I would be a physicist now” and “I will concede that there is one thing better than cloud-delivered enterprise software. Quantum Levitation,” tweet users after watching the video.

Camera maker Canon has outed its flagship DSLR camera, the EOS-1D X, to much acclaim on Twitter. The camera is made for professional photographers and sports some impressive specs including an 18.1 MP CMOS sensor, full HD video recording, 12 frames per second continuous shooting and a new wireless file transmitter.

The hashtags “#uwannaimpressme,” “#wheniwas14” and “#DontBeMadAtMeBecause” fill the first three places on Twitter’s most talked about topics list and are followed by the terms “WE PROTECT SELENA” and “Leave Amber Cole Alone.”

The American TV series “Hell Date” is in eighth place, “Good Night Twitter” is in ninth place and the impeding release of Schalit prisoners in the “West Bank” has caused the term to trend in tenth place.
