Venezuela grapples with housing crisis

After 13 years in office, Venezuela's President Hugo Chavez is running for re-election again in October.

But aside from accusations of corruption and meddling in the armed forces, he is also facing a housing crisis, caused by landslides two years ago.

Although the government is investing billions of dollars in housing, for many, it is an excercise that is taking far too long.
