Watch: Del Rey fetes eponymous handbag, sings for Mulberry

Lana Del Rey took to the microphone at a private dinner for Mulberry during the ongoing London Fashion Week February 19, with the singer celebrating the launch of her own eponymous handbag.

The songstress turned up to the Fall 2012 ready-to-wear presentation clutching her bespoke Del Rey bag in White Ostrich before going on to perform at a private dinner at London's Savile Club in the evening -- scenes from which can be seen at http://youtu.be/pMUyx7JjmrQ.

Del Rey was joined at the soiree by the likes of Michelle Williams, Elizabeth Olsen and Anna Wintour, as well as model/presenter Alexa Chung, who is the inspiration behind Mulberry's top-selling Alexa satchel.

Chung and now Del Rey are members of an elite club of celebrities to have a handbag named after them. Some of the most iconic include the Brigitte Bardot by Lancel in honor of the French film star and the Hermès Birkin bag inspired by British actress/singer Jane Birkin.

Fashionistas will be able to get their hands on their own retro-inspired Del Rey as of May. It will come in colors including black, beige, burgundy and blue.
