2. Permission to use Content. Southeast Asia Pte. Ltd. and its Affiliates.
5. Governing law and jurisdiction. These terms shall be governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict/choice of law principles. You hereby irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
