Social media loving beauty junkies who missed the opportunity to become one of the first 50 owners of the YSL Devoted To Fans palette still have the chance to sign up to buy one of the 1,650 limited edition Facebook-inspired packs.
YSL Fragrances & Beauty first unveiled its Pure Chromatics Devoted To Fans eye shadow palette earlier this month.
As a "declaration of love" to its fans, the product "[weaves] together the now highly identifiable Facebook blue with the luxurious Yves Saint Laurent design."
Damien Vincent, commercial director of Facebook France, emphasized the significance of the launch: "We are honored that a prestigious brand such as Yves Saint Laurent resumes Facebook color codes to launch a unique product destined for his fans."
With the palette priced at €48.50, Facebook members simply need to "like" Yves Saint Laurent and then they can subscribe themselves onto a waiting list to gain special access to the sale when it commences September 3.
The packaging for Devoted To Fans features gold detailing and a blue cover in a nod to the social networking site.
The palette itself features an eye shadow quad with colors such as a Facebook-inspired blue, black, white and gray.
