01. Zareen Siddique

Celebrity fitness trainer Namrata Purohit is known for mainstreaming Pilates in India. Actor and television host Madhuri Dixit Nene is doing her bit to keep dance lovers upbeat during the Coronavirus lockdown. She recently announced the #LearnAMove, #ShareAMove initiative via which her Dance With Madhuri school. You get two, free online classes each week, all through April.

05. Cult.Fit
When fitness start-up cult.fit closed its doors in the interest of public safety last month, thousands opened windows to cult.live – the brand’s free, online fitness classes via its cure.fit app. Featuring live workouts by Cult trainers, classes are available seven days a week across cardio, strength, HRX and yoga. You will also be sweating for a cause. Via the #Movementformovement Challenge, the brand has pledged a donation to the Prime Minister's Relief Fund for Covid-19 for every person who completes any 12 days of workout via the app until April 15th.

Everyone's favourite fitness app, Nike Training Club has given us yet another reason to love it. Premium workouts are now free for an indefinite period to ensure we all stay safe and #playinside. With workouts ranging between 15 and 45 minutes, you can choose from close to 200 sessions by Nike Master Trainers.

07. Rumble
Rumble, a US-based boxing-inspired fitness studio, will help channel any negativity you may be feeling via live Instagram sessions. For those who can't make the live cast or want to relive their favourite session, the daily bodyweight and cardio workouts are available on the brand’s IGTV channel. San Francisco-based fitness app, Down Dog is offering free access to all its apps till 01 May, 2020 – and till 01 July, 2020 for students, teachers and healthcare professionals. Its Yoga app is touted as the highest-rating app for home-based yoga practice with over 60,000 configurations to pick from.
