A pair of skeletons have been found in a car at the bottom of a reservoir in Japan, 17 years after two brothers disappeared while out for a drive in the area, police said Tuesday. Highway workers found the remains still in situ when they drained the reservoir during a land survey in Koge, on the main southern island of Kyushu. "We are trying to confirm if the accident was related to the disappearance of two brothers in 1995," a spokesman for the local police station told AFP by telephone. In October of that year, a 20-year-old man and his 18-year-old brother went missing after they went for a drive from their parents' home in the nearby city of Usa.
