We’re just weeks away from the first of four ONE Championship events that will air live on U.S. prime-time television in April, but that doesn’t mean Singaporeans should miss all the action.

In fact, there are plenty of reasons to catch the first event – “ONE on TNT I” – on 8 April. Below, we present three of them.

#1 ONE World Champion Vs. World’s Greatest

ONE Flyweight World Champion Adriano “Mikinho” Moraes has long reigned over the division, and now the six-time ONE World Champion will meet his match in 12-time Flyweight World Champion Demetrious “Mighty Mouse” Johnson.

The flyweight duo will meet in the main event of “ONE on TNT I” in a matchup that fans have clamored for ever since Johnson won the ONE Flyweight World Grand Prix Championship.

This fight will prove who is truly the greatest flyweight in history, as Moraes has yet to face a man of Johnson’s caliber, and “Mighty Mouse” has yet to challenge for a ONE World Title.

#2 ‘The Underground King’ Resurfaces

Eddie “The Underground King” Alvarez had a rough welcome to ONE Championship, but the Philadelphia native will look to redeem himself against #2-ranked lightweight Iuri Lapicus in the evening’s co-main event.

The winner of their bout could very well challenge – or rematch in Lapicus’ case – reigning ONE Lightweight World Champion Christian “The Warrior” Lee sometime in the future.

With that said, this clash will be a true test for both men. Lapicus will face one of the most experienced opponents of his career, while Alvarez will step into the Circle against a young and hungry rising star.

#3 Rodtang Returns To Muay Thai

Fans love when ONE Flyweight Muay Thai World Champion Rodtang “The Iron Man” Jitmuangnon steps into the ring, especially under Muay Thai rules.

Luckily for fans, the Thai is returning to “the art of eight limbs” after picking up a hard-fought split decision in ONE Super Series kickboxing against “Samingpri” Tagir Khalilov.

This time, however, he’ll be facing another tough challenge in Danial “Mini T” Williams, who loves to bang like “The Iron Man.”

Download the ONE Super App, and be the first to know how you can watch “ONE on TNT I” on 8 April.
