SINGAPORE—American burger chain Shake Shack will open its third outlet in Singapore in Orchard Road next Wednesday (5 August).

The restaurant, facing the street on the ground floor of Liat Towers, will feature digital ordering kiosks and exclusive menu items only found at the new outlet.

This outlet, coming after the first two in Jewel Changi and Neil Road, is the most centrally located one so far.

The new store introduces the Streetside Shack, an outdoor kiosk located on the street pavement, which will be dedicated to serving takeaway beverages such as beers, lemonades and cold brew coffee.

Shake Shack at Liat Towers debuts an exclusive range of thirst-quenching lemonades. The Hand-Shaken Lemonades blend fresh fruit tangy lemonade with flavours including lychee, blueberry and mango, while the Sparkling Lemonades feature passion fruit or raspberry selections with soda water.

The fine-casual chain has kept to its tradition of collaborating with premium local food brands to create menu items that are exclusive to each outlet.

Singapore's Orchard Road Shake Shack has two new exclusive concretes. It has partnered with local patisserie Tarte by Cheryl Koh to come up with the Pie-Oh-My, a rich vanilla custard blended with Tarte’s Treacle Pecan Pie ($7.50), and the Orchard Traffic Jam ($7.50), a vanilla custard mixed with blueberry lavender jam, lemon curd and shortbread, topped with blueberries.

Along with the lemonades, the Orchard Road Shack has two new exclusive concretes. Patrons looking for a sweet treat can consider these desserts to complete your meal.

Also a first for Singapore Shacks, customers will be able to order a cold brew coffee by Common Man Coffee.

This new outlet boasts an indoor and outdoor dining area. Taking inspiration from traditional garden and greenhouse elements, there is an outdoor patio with an open-air setting for those seeking to dine alfresco.

The Orchard outlet features Singaporean artist Danielle Tay’s murals and paintings, featuring Singapore’s landmarks and landscapes, including the Botanic Gardens.

Shake Shack at Liat Towers will officially open its doors on Wednesday, 5 August at 6pm. Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, the restaurant’s opening hours are now from 11am-10pm on weekdays and 10am-10pm on weekends.
