Here are 4 short courses startup Founders and aspiring entrepreneurs should attend

1. Techstart Pre-Accelerator

This comprehensive business building course enables participants to pick up lean canvas methodologies — a.k.a the art of executing actionable business plan fast by laser focussing on the solutions, problems, key metrics and competitive advantages — go-to market strategies, as well as how to scale the business in a sustainable manner.

Techstart Pre-Accelerator also caters to participants focussing on different verticals, which changes according to trends and market demand. The current lineup consists of mobile apps, smart devices, Internet of Things (IOT), cloud as well as e-commerce.

2. Digital Marketing

This digital marketing bootcamp is structured to serve entrepreneurs with validated business ideas, as well as digital marketing professionals and even people who want to understand more about digital marketing.

Students will be taught how to leverage on key digital marketing channels, including content marketing, social media marketing and search engine marketing to boost brand awareness and generate leads and optimise their sales campaigns.

Additionally, they will be taught how to build custom e-commerce sites, manage inventory, integrate popular payment gateways, and view all key metrics on one dashboard.

3. Sales Mastery

Unlike most Sales courses out in the market, Lithan’s Sales Mastery course aims to help Entrepreneurs build a structured Sales process for their Startups, after they have a validated business idea and optimised digital marketing Strategy in place, with leads coming in. It is also open to people who want to learn how to develop effective sales techniques and become a fearless hustler.

The course will help participants to understand their target buyer persona(s) and their buying process, profile their target personas and frame their product’s unique value proposition for each persona via sales canvas, apply industry best practices to develop, assess and optimise their sales campaigns, as well as creating sales scripts to maximise sales conversion, referrals and improve revenue growth.
