A 40-year-old man injured in Russia's attack on the Epicenter mall in Kharkiv died in the hospital on May 29, Kharkiv Governor Oleh Synehubov reported on Telegram.

The man was in intensive care for burns, which covered over half of his body, Synehubov said.

19 people died in the Russian attack.

May 27 was declared a day of mourning for the dead in Kharkiv.
