The 2021 series reaches its grand final tonight as the last three chefs battle it out to win the title.
In their last challenge, they'll each have to cook their best three-course meal, which is sure to make whatever you're eating while watching seem very disappointing.

Last week saw the long-awaited debut of the Sex and the City spin-off, launching with two episodes catching up with Carrie, Charlotte and Miranda (and awkwardly explaining that Samantha was in London).

Of course, it also came with a shock death, and episode three airs tonight as Carrie comes to terms with losing the love of her life.
I Literally Just Told You - Channel 4 - 10pm
Channel 4 comedy favourite Jimmy Carr gets a new gameshow where contestants have to add to the prize pot by correctly answering questions based on things they've been told earlier in the show.
It isn't as easy as it sounds, though - their memories could be tested on chats between Carr and the contestants, parts of other questions they've already been asked, or even things that happened while the cameras weren't rolling.
One Night In - Channel 4 - 9pm
The Last Leg stars Alex Brooker and Josh Widdicombe front this travel show with a difference as they get the chance to spend a night inside some of the UK's biggest visitor attractions once the crowds have gone home and the gates have closed.

In this opening episode, they get to live out the dream of many theme park fans as they spend the night at Alton Towers, in the company of good mate Roisin Conaty. But will they be brave enough to ride Oblivion?
Gordon, Gino and Fred: Road Trip - ITV - 9pm
The foodie trio take a festive trip to Lapland, the home of Christmas.
On the to do list are hand delivering a letter to Santa, seeing the Northern Lights and of course sampling the food - with plenty of snowy fun along the way.
