Leedon Heights (District 10)
CapitaLand’s 99-year leasehold development comprises seven 36-storey towers with a total of 1,715 units. Completed in 2014, unit types include one- to four-bedroom apartments along with penthouses and garden villas ranging from 592 sq ft to 8,374 sq ft.
Designed by the late Zaha Hadid, a Pritzker Architecture Prize winner, this iconic project is among the tallest buildings in the area, providing spectacular views of the Singapore Botanic Gardens and Bukit Timah Nature Reserve. The Farrer Road MRT station is also nearby.

Location: Leonie Hill Road (District 9)
The high-end freehold condominium by City Developments Limited (CDL) consists of two 36-storey towers with only 124 units. Completed last year, unit layouts consist of two- to four-bedroom apartments and penthouses measuring between 1,098 sq ft and 7,825 sq ft.
The project is touted as CDL’s most luxurious to-date. In fact, the two five-bedroom duplex penthouses come with their own 13m private pool and sauna, and are equipped with German-made kitchenware designed by Porsche. It is also a short distance from Orchard Road and the existing Somerset and Orchard MRT stations.
Marina Bay (District 1)
A historic collaboration between Temasek Holdings and Khazanah Nasional, Marina One Residences consists of two 34-storey towers with a total 1,042 units. Completed in 2017, this 99-year leasehold project features one- to four-bedroom apartments and penthouses from 657 sq ft to 8,568 sq ft.
This luxury condominium is part of the prestigious Marina One integrated development, which features Grade A offices and a 140,000 sq ft retail podium that houses shops and restaurants. Linked directly to an MRT station, the project is also an oasis amidst the concrete jungle given its 65,000 sq ft biodiversity garden that contains a 13.2m high man-made waterfall.

Keppel Bay View (District 4)
Developed by Keppel Land, this 99-year leasehold luxury waterfront condominium comprises 1,129 units spread across six glass towers of between 24 and 41 storeys high. Completed in 2013, buyers can choose from one- to four-bedroom units and penthouses sized from 700 sq ft to 13,300 sq ft.
The award-winning development is a work of art and is the first residential project in Asia designed by famed American-Polish architect Daniel Libeskind. Sentosa Island, which is hosting the Trump-Kim summit, lies just across the bay.
Upper Serangoon View (District 19)
The 99-year leasehold condominium comprises 1,165 units spread across nine 16-storey towers. There is a range of one- to five-bedroom units from 474 sq ft to 1,948 sq ft. Scheduled for completion by end 2018, this is the second residential project in Singapore by China-based developer Kingsford Development.
Flanked by the Serangoon River, the project will boast having the longest artificial river in a Singapore condominium once completed.
