Here are the best Le Creuset Black Friday deals for 2023
If you’re keen to upgrade your kitchenware, it might be worth waiting for the Le Creuset Black Friday sale. The French brand established itself as a leader in quality cast iron cookware back in 1925 and our love affair with its colourful pans and casserole dishes hasn’t waned since.
However, although it should last you a lifetime, Le Creuset bakeware isn’t cheap. A 20cm cast iron casserole costs £225, making it an investment purchase.
With Black Friday on the horizon, we’re keeping everything crossed for the same big discounts we saw last year on this quality cookware brand.

When is Black Friday 2023?
This year, the Black Friday sale officially starts on Friday 24 November and runs until Monday 27 November, otherwise known as Cyber Monday.
However, most retailers start discounting their products earlier – sometimes throughout the whole of November – so stay alert to find the best deals.
What Le Creuset Black Friday deals can we expect for 2023?
Given it’s September, Le Creuset hasn’t released any details about its Black Friday sale just yet. In past years, however, the brand has slashed prices by up to 40%. We’re hoping for more of the same in 2023.
What Le Creuset Black Friday deals were there last year?
Last year, the Le Creuset website offered up to 40% off its entire cookware range – including discounts on its iconic casseroles, along with frying pans and smaller accessories like pepper mills and egg cups.
The round cast iron casserole was 40% off, down to £139 from £230, and the petite version was 30% off. Bundles were also reduced. A cast iron starter set, including a casserole dish, grill pan and two ramekins was 40% off, bringing the price to £159 from £332 – a £173 saving.
John Lewis & Partners and Amazon dropped Le Creuset prices by up to 40% on Black Friday 2022 too, with discounts on everything from coffee mugs and frying pans to cafetières and camembert bakers.

What is Black Friday?
The Black Friday sale weekend runs from the last Friday of November to the following Monday, otherwise known as Cyber Monday. Brands taking part in the event typically reduce prices on the majority of lines – usually with discounts from around 20% to 50%. Flash sales, running for a few hours with larger reductions, are also common over the sales weekend.
Originally a US tradition to mark the end of Thanksgiving, Amazon held the first UK Black Friday sale in 2010, after which the trend continued to gain traction and grow into one of the most anticipated sale periods of the year.
Most UK retailers now take part with household names including Amazon and Very all previously offering price cuts on thousands of products.
What can I get in the Black Friday sales?
It’s too early to tell what deals brands will be offering just yet, but expect huge reductions across beauty, fashion, homes and tech.
The sales period is also a great time to purchase big-ticket items without the usual high price tag. There are always lots of Black Friday sofa deals and Black Friday bed deals, with huge discounts on big-name mattress brands and bedding (up to 70% off in previous events).
Last year, John Lewis had a 20% off site-wide discount, while Dunelm dropped an impressive 50% discount across hundreds of furniture, kitchenware and decorative lines.
We also spotted plenty of big discounts from our favourite cookware brands, including US brand Our Place, famous for its Always pan that has taken over the internet in recent years.
