Lucknow (UP), Sep 30 (ANI): Uttar Pradesh Law Minister Brajesh Pathak on September 30 said that Chief Minister Yogi Adiyanath has instructed that FIRs be filed against the six suspended policemen in the Gorakhpur raid case, in which a Kanpur based businessman Manish Gupta died. “It's an unfortunate incident. Government has taken matter seriously. The CM instructed to file FIRs against the 6 suspended policemen and we'll ensure strict action against them. The matter will be taken to a fast-track court. The government stands in support with the victim's family. We'll listen to their demands,” he said. Gupta died during a raid conducted at a hotel in Gorakhpur on September 28.
