60 students in Bengaluru boarding school test positive for COVID-19

Bengaluru, Sep 29 (ANI): 60 students of a boarding school in Electronic City in Bengaluru, Karnataka have tested positive for COVID-19, said Deputy Commissioner J Manjunath on September 29. “This is Sri Chaitanya Educational Institutions. On Sunday evening, one student complained of vomiting and diarrhoea. We immediately sprung into action. There were 480 students, all were checked. We'll conduct retest on the 7th day. The school has been closed till 20th (Oct). There is no cause for worry, this is a proactive measure,” he said.
