Aarif Rahman and Janice Vidal to perform in Genting
20 Sep – "One Night Surprise" actor Aarif Rahman and award-winning singer Janice Vidal is set to perform in Malaysia on 26 October at Genting's Arena of Stars at 8.30pm.
The two have a history from when Aarif was revealed to have written all the lyrics in Janice Vidal's 2009 album "Morning".
The 26-year-old actor and 31-year-old singer have also performed the song "Way Back Into Love", which was on Aarif's 2010 album "Starting From Today 2nd Version".
Aside from singing, both Aarif and Janice have starred in films before, with Aarif winning the Best New Performer award at the 29th Hong Kong Film Awards in 2010, for his performance in "Echoes Of The Rainbow" and Janice in the film "Frozen" with Janice Man, Leon Lai and Aarif.
Aarif most recently appeared in "Cold War" starring Tony Leung Kar-fai and Aaron Kwok, as well as "One Night Surprise" alongside Fan Bingbing.
Ticket prices for the concert start from RM130 (SGD51), with VIP tickets to cost as much as RM560 (SGD220). Sales have already begun since 19 July.
