Aaron Chen apologises after caught cheating on wife with Xie Xin
18 Jun – Taiwanese entertainer Aaron Chen (also known as Ah Xiang) has recently apologised for his behaviour, following the release of paparazzi photos of him kissing good friend Xie Xin despite his marital status.
As reported on Epoch Times, Aaron, who held a press conference to address the issue, shared that he felt sorry for his wife, model Grace Gong, and his whole family after he unwittingly dragged them into the mess.
Stressing that he and Xie Xin are just good friends, Aaron said that it is normal for him and the TV host to hug each other and act chummy whenever they are feeling down.
"We've been such good friends that I didn't realise that I have crossed the line," he said.
Aaron also revealed that his wife already knew about it as they have talked about it before.
"This incident is also a rude awakening for [me and Xie Xin]. We would pay more attention. Hopefully everybody will give us another chance," he said.
The Taiwanese tabloids first released the photos earlier this week, which showed Aaron peeking his head out of the window of his BMW and kissing Xie Xin right on the mouth before she got into a flower shop.
