Ex-Geordie Shore star turned MMA fighter Aaron Chalmers has won his latest fight.

The former reality star was in the cage for the third time on Friday night (December 15), where he beat his debutant opponent Karl Donaldson in just 40 seconds.

"I got a bit excited and came off the game plan for 10 seconds and got caught," The Mirror quotes Aaron as saying after the bout.

"But then I settled down and caught him with a big right hand. I saw him go down and I jumped all over him.

"You don't get paid overtime in here."

The event they were fighting at was BAMMA 33, which was being held in Karl's home town of Newcastle.

Marnie Simpson's ex-boyfriend Aaron began fighting earlier in the year.

His debut match was against Greg Davidson in May at the Genting Arena in Birmingham.

After winning his second fight against Alex Thompson in just 30 seconds, Aaron hinted that he would be quitting Geordie Shore as he continued his fighting career.

"Geordie Shore is my job, that's what has made us. But obviously I'm 30 now and I have a girlfriend, so maybe it's my time to step out of Geordie Shore and let somebody younger come in," he said after the fight.

"I've done what I need to do on there. You have to understand the show doesn't grow old, but we do.

"Six years ago it was fun, but we're getting older. The audience is getting younger and we're getting older."
