AEM appoints Kwek You-Cheer as its new CFO

Kwek was most recently the CFO of Lenovo Group’s Asia Pacific Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG).

AEM Holdings has appointed Kwek You-Cheer as its new chief financial officer (CFO), filling a role that was held by Leong Sook Han up till April 16 2024.

Kwek, who will be appointed with effect from Jan 2, has over 20 years of experience in strategic financial leadership and operations internationally.

He was most recently the CFO of Lenovo Group’s Asia Pacific Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG). Prior to that, he was the CFO of Microsoft Hong Kong.

“We are pleased to have Mr Kwek join the team, and believe his experience and knowledge will be an invaluable asset to the team in helping us achieve robust growth with a focus on improved operational efficiency,” says Amy Leong, CEO of AEM.

Shares in AEM closed at $1.44 or 94 US cents on Dec 31, 2024.
