Alicia Keys unveils a striking blunt fringe
Alicia Keys isn’t exactly known for high-maintenance beauty looks – in fact, she’s frequently lauded for her make-up free predilections, often going bare-faced on red carpets and at major events.
However, making a sparkling appearance at Wednesday night's 2020 Billboard Music Awards, Keys unveiled a striking new hairstyle, cementing the fringe as the style of 2020.
The 15-time Grammy Award-winner revealed a full, eyelash-skimming fringe with a sharp blunt edge, paired with similarly sleek lengths.

While we suspect Keys’ new look may well have been a wig, it’s certainly one of the most dramatic hair transformations we’ve been treated to this season.
However, Keys isn’t the only one demonstrating the benefits of a fringe right now. Jennifer Lopez has offered up a retro 1970s spin on the layered fringe, while Priyanka Chopra debuted a shorter ‘French girl’ style last month. But no-one believes in the power of the fringe as much as Daisy Edgar-Jones, who jokingly credited her phenomenal rise to a well-chosen hair appointment.
