Amit Shah chairs review meeting on 'Left-Wing extremism' affected states

New Delhi, Sep 26 (ANI): Union Home Minister Amit Shah chaired a review meeting on 'Left-Wing extremism' on September 26 at Vigyan Bhawan in Delhi. Chief Ministers of Maharashtra, Bihar, Telangana, Odisha and Madhya Pradesh attended the meeting. Union Ministers Ashwini Vaishnaw, Giriraj Singh, MoS Home Nityanand Rai also attended the meeting. However, Chhattisgarh CM Bhupesh Baghel not attended the meeting. The state is being represented by Chhattisgarh Chief Secretary Amitabh Jain and Director General of Police (DGP) DM Awasthi. The Chief Ministers will brief Home Minister about the current situation in their states.
