Breakups can definitely take a toll on one's lifestyle. Since Christina Anstead announced that she and Ant Anstead would be separating last month, Ant is already looking a bit different.

Yesterday, Ant shared a photo to Instagram of himself taken on set. "Apparently they call this 'work,'" he teased in the caption. In the photo, he's wearing a black t-shirt, black cargo pants, and a black snapback. He's also donning fake tattoo sleeves. However, the most striking part of the photo is how different his physique looks.

Fans took to the comments to express their thoughts on the Wheeler Dealers star's new look. "You look thinner," one fan wrote. Ant responded to the comment revealing that he had lost 23 pounds. "Don’t worry I will get it back on," he added.

It's unknown if Ant wanted to lose this weight intentionally or not—and if the weight loss was a direct result of his split from Christina. However, last summer Ant underwent arm surgery after suffering an injury while playing football. A few weeks after the surgery, he shared a video detailing how much of a struggle his first run post-surgery was. He noted that he had done zero exercise since his operation and had been treating himself to cocktails and BBQ food. Ant's surgery, followed by long months of self-isolation this year, may have prevented him from reaching his fitness goals.

Since the split, however, Ant has taken part in a three-day transformation program called Rise Up Kings. Earlier this month, he shared a series of photos from the experience. He's seen running through the ocean, as well as posing with some new friends. The look on his face definitely shows he went through some vigorous training, which may have contributed to his weight loss.

According to the website, this program is "designed to re-ignite the power, passion, and energy inside you." During this retreat, participants are given the opportunity to bond with one another over their hardships, as well as tackle fitness and endurance obstacles.

Ant also revealed this month that he has been taking a breakup recovery and healing course titled The Breakup Recovery Recipe. "I am now on day 30 of this and I have to say it's been a lifeline for me," he wrote last week on his Instagram Story.

The program is led by human connection specialist Mark Groves, and includes daily videos and emails from Groves himself to walk participants through the process of grieving and letting go. The program costs $197. Ant encourages those in a similar situation to sign up for it as well.

In terms of how Christina Anstead has been coping, she’s stayed very quiet on social media. However, she did recently purchase a luxury yacht, as well as shared a note that she’s done “playing the game” and only wants to “find peace.”
