Walk-in appeals for traffic offences will be discontinued from 1 November, as the service goes online via Singapore Police Force’s (SPF) e-services.

With the Traffic e-Appeals Portal in place, Traffic Police will also not accept appeals sent via fax, e-mail and post.

SPF stressed that appeals for traffic offences will only be considered on grounds of medical emergencies. Documentary proof is required before an appeal will be considered, and any appeal that does not meet this criterion will be rejected.

Payment for outstanding traffic offences can be made at www.police.gov.sg/pay. For more information on other e-services, go to http://www.police.gov.sg/e-services.www.police.gov.sg/pay. For more information on other e-services, go to http://www.police.gov.sg/e-services.
