Ascendas-Singbridge acquires Grade-A commercial building in Sydney for $270 mil

Ascendas-Singbridge has completed the acquisition of 66 Goulburn Street in Sydney, the group announced on Nov 17. The group entered into a Contract of Sale with GDI Property Group to acquire the site for A$252 million ($270 million).

This brings the group’s Total Assets Under Management in Australia to about $2.7 billion. Ascendas-Singbridge now has an office portfolio comprising about 325,000 sq m of office assets, with an additional 75,000 sq m under development in Singapore, Seoul, Shanghai, and Sydney.
